An incredible TV series, I haven’t seen anything like this in a very long time — best of the best, simply top tier. Of course, as in any fictional work, there are goofs and plot inconsistencies, but the show is made so well and the concept is executed so originally that you simply pay no attention to minor details, or even major ones for that matter.

The global community of critics rated this series as “meh,” but I believe nobody cares about their ratings. Besides a cool concept (not original of course, but not overused), the show features fantastic attention to detail and plenty of bold ideas — like praying while masturbating, religious mystical hatred toward the sighted, and dozens of others.

So for anyone who enjoys: high-quality shooting of brutality, unprovoked aggression, and hardcore scenes in a primitive society, immorality, and decay — it’s definitely worth watching. And all of this is accompanied by an incredibly beautiful picture of wild nature and very high-quality work by the graphics team camera operator.
